About our Wood Products...
These are made on the Big Island of Hawai`i (not in the Philippines or elsewhere) using the best wood and finishing practices to ensure quality craftsmanship, detail, and high value. Each piece is finished by hand with lots of Aloha.
Koa Wood - Many of our items are made of Hawaiian Koa. Koa is endemic to Hawai`i. It is considered one of the most beautiful, precious, and rare tropical hardwoods in the world. It is controlled and protected and remains the premiere Hawaiian timber. Its unique forests provide wildlife habitat, critical watershed areas, and is considered a Hawaiian treasure. Its scarcity makes it a prized catch in any art form, including these products.
